I offer a step by step service that is confidential, non-judgemental and highly supportive. A service that is both results based and forward moving that allows you the unique experience of having someone exclusively there for you to act as a sounding board to share your innermost thoughts, feelings and ideas without any bias. Someone to hold you accountable for what you commit to, someone to challenge you and indeed by the use of professional listening and questioning skills to empower you to be even more creative in your ownership of life issues.
As well as our 1-1 weekly sessions by phone (of approx. 45mins. duration) you will have the added benefit of unlimited email support throughout the time you opt to work with me.
